Multiple Masters is a multidisciplinary creative named Mikael Merritt who is currently redefining the future of digital experiences at American Express. Prior to Amex, he was working on designing the future of mobile at a startup product design and strategy group called Mobients.
Mikael’s been making a name for himself for more than a decade. He has held positions in traditional, digital and product agencies and worked across a wide range of brand categories. As always, he is interested in new opportunities to bring his love for creating useful and engaging experiences and to grow and learn from incredible talent, wherever that may be!
In the past he has built and managed a team of visual and user experience designers on a range of projects. Together they created web and native applications, responsive sites, and rich media banners all with a strong focus on social for such clients as Listerine, Band-Aid, Neosporin, Airborne, and MegaRed.
A conceptual and digitally savvy data visualizer, with solid programming, packaging and printing experience, Mikael is described as a restless thinker who loves collaborating and learning from those around him!
